Elite Service has been serving the Tulsa community for more than 20 years, but our story entered a new chapter in April 2025 when Manas and Katie Babbili acquired a majority interest in the company from longtime owner Joel Kinsch.
Joel remains an important part of Elite today. His continued involvement gives us something increasingly uncommon in our industry: continuity between the company that Tulsa has known for decades and the family-owned business we’re building for the future.
The journey since April 2025 hasn’t always been easy. We’ve learned some tough lessons, made changes, taken accountability when we’ve gotten things wrong, and worked tirelessly to improve nearly every part of our business. But that’s also what makes us proud of how far we’ve come, and incredibly grateful for the people who have been part of that progress.
The HVAC industry has changed considerably in recent years, including right here in Tulsa. Many longstanding local companies have been acquired and consolidated into larger organizations.
Elite is still family-owned and operated. We’re owners, not renters, of the business we acquired. The decisions we make aren’t based on preparing the company for the next transaction, they’re based on building a business we’re proud to own for years to come.
Elite has been part of Tulsa’s story for more than two decades. We’re grateful for the opportunity to carry that legacy forward, excited about what we’re building today, and committed to being here for the chapters still to come.
